Complaining By Cameraphone

I have trawled a lot of forecasts in the past week or two and have seen a lot of similar predictions for mobile markets in the new year, but one that struck me as interesting was this one about how cameraphones will increasingly be used to bust companies (such as complaining about graffiti as in the image here). The forecast, which was compiled with others by the BBC, came from Martin Illsley, director of European research labs for Accenture. It's a logical next step in so-called citizen journalism, though I suspect it will be difficult to get images to the right person in customer service.

So, the next time you see a bug in your food, a non-working traffic signal or a dirty restaurant kitchen, snap an image and send it to the powers that be. Or, you could just join a complaint chorus and sing about it.
