If you're a suffering T-Mobile subscriber, you don't have to fake your death just to get out of the stupid contract. Just roam outside the T-Mobile network most of the time and freedom will be yours soon.

That's right folks. T-Mobile has gone ala Sprint with its Excessive Roamer Reduction (ERR) initiative. Thanks to the Boy Genius, the internal memo about this initiative is available for our viewing pleasure. These are the criteria for termination:
If you happen to be one of the more than 600 customers, your option is to avail the non-contractual T-Mobile To Go Plan. Then again, why patronize a company who already kicked you out?

- Customer is roaming outside of T-Mobile Network 100% of the time
- Defined contractual term has exceeded on all active lines
- Non-Business and non-government account types
- Non-VIP and non-special account sub-types

And the problem is? If you're signed with a vendor ... oh wait, you're not signed anymore; your contract expired! But let's say you were. And you were outside their service area 100% of the time then you should be terminated. Sign with a vendor that can cover your needs. Stop writing to bitch just to bitch.

First of all, how many of you know you will be 100% out of the regular network all the time. These users should not have signed up with T-Mobile in the first place.

I'm angry as hell at T mobile! They cut off my service one night w/ no warning! When I went to a TMO stand at the mall only THEN was I notified that I was being cancelled for roaming on the ATT tower too much..even though they NEW I would be when I signed up and I've been a good customer for 3 years and always paid my bill on time. I was told this is due to the fact that ATT raised the rate on roaming with TMO. They then told me I had to PAY to get a new sim card and that service would be cancelled in a month. I put in complaints to the FTC and the BBB and I urge others to do the same. Also, if anyone else needs free ringtones go to http://metal.rules.peperonity.com
