There is Still Hope for Location Based Services
The location based services has a new market potential to explore - parental tracking. While the current usage is very low, a new study by JupiterResearch has revealed that 45% of the surveyed parents with children under the age of 13 said they are interested and very willing to pay for services that can keep help track their children.

Additionally, the teens market is also open to the idea of having a new mobile social networking application based on the location of their friends.

Ignorance remains the biggest problem why location based services are not picking up. These companies must intensively invest on public education and Hope for quick acceptance.
