With the entry of Mobile 2.0, mobile activism is expected to be more dynamic and interactive. Now, mobile users can use the ultra-popular twitter to share thoughts to the online community in real-time and other emerging mobile apps.
In the U.S., presidential aspirants rely on mobile technology to win the election. Barack Obama is noted for its very comprehensive mobile strategy from twitter feeds, ringtones, mobile phone wallpapers to SMS alerts all under Obama Mobile. Even Hillary Clinton, Ron Paul and john edwards do have their own Twitter feeds but not updated regularly.
