Sony's proving its continued commitment to the environment through their latest Windows Mobile smartphone, the Aspen.
The Aspen is unique due to construction of recycled plastics and waterborne paints and even an optimized display light sensor to consume less energy. The packaging will be smaller than consumers are used to and even the manual will be digital to reduce paper usage.
Hardware wise, the Aspen will run Microsoft's new Windows Mobile 6.5.3 platform, allowing users to open and edit Office files, browse the Web, send emails hit Facebook and Twitter with one flick of the finger. It also integrates a 2.4-inch touch screen display, built-in QWERTY keyboard, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and high-speed HSDPA Internet.
