Snowflakes!

This handset probably isn't new to a lot of people, but given it's only available in Japan it may not be familiar to people on the US or Europe. I'd never heard of it until today, but suddenly I have the desire to own it, even though I couldn't use it.

It is one of the Beauty x Beauty series of handsets from the Japanese manufacturer AU, and the casing lights up with Snowflakes links

whenever someone calls you. There are a number of different handsets in the range, with different colours and patterns.

I know the patterns serve no purpose at all, but with 'designer handsets' becoming more and more popular, I'd like this one simply because it does light up.

So, when are we going to get handsets like this in the UK?

Update: Lars has pointed out that I misread the original post - the handset is made by Sony Ericsson, it's the carrier that is AU. So, Sony Ericsson, why don't we get these in the UK? Seems I'm stuck with my k800i...
