Samsung's Jitterbug Simplifies the Cellular Experience

Not everyone feels like handsets need the abundance of features manufacturers have been including of late and one company feels like simplification is in order for certain overwhelmed customers.

Enter the Jitterbug J from Samsung, a cellular handset that begs the questions why pack cameras, GPS sensors, music and video players into a unit that's only going to be used to place and receive calls?

Better still, how would large, easy-to-dial keys, a dial tone when opened, and 24-hour customer service with reps who could even add contacts to your phone for you sound? The Jitterbug J is the successor to the original Jitterbug cell phone, released in 2006. Upgrades to the new model include Bluetooth connectivity, call waiting, ring tone personalization, and longer battery life.

The phone sells for $147 without a contract.
