O2 launches LookAtMe
O2 has launched LookAtMe, their competitor to 3's SeeMeTV clips service. O2 customers can send mobile clips to a UK shortcode - 32323 - to be added to the portfolio of clips available to O2 customers through the O2 Active Downloads section.

Clip downloads will cost viewers around 35p each, which up to 3p of that going to the person who created and uploaded the video clip.

As always with this type of service, it does come with some terms and conditions, as onerous as 3's terms are. O2 also claims all rights to content uploaded to the service, allowing the company to Reuse the clips in any way and in any medium they like without further royalty payments - such payments are only generated when the clip is sold to another O2 customer. O2 also claims the right to sell these rights to another company without notice.
