Nokia N78 Hits Streets

While the big topic of the day seems to be Nokia's takeover of software provider Symbian, the company also announced nation-wide availability of its N78; the newest Nokia Nseries device that combines integrated GPS, 3.2-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss
optics and high-speed HSDPA connectivity.The N78 combines a digital music player and an integrated FM transmitter with storage for up to 8GB of music on an optional microSD memory card. The unit also offers new Nokia services such as Nokia Maps and Share on Ovi. Nokia Maps, detailed info for some 15 million points of interest, and audible and visual turn-by-turn direction abilities.
The A-GPS option allows users to geotag images taken with the 3.2-megapixel camera with location information such as when and where the picture was taken.
