
Nokia have announced that the 6233 3G handset has started shipping to retailers. The handset, aimed primarily at business users, has a classic 'candy bar' design, and a focus more on business applications. Basic features include a QVGA display running at 320×240 pixels, a 2 megapixel camera and support for WCDMA applications, as well as stereo speakers and a digital music player.
The phone makes use of the Series 40 3rd edition operating system, and provides 3 hours of talk time and up to two weeks of standby time. At launch, before rebates and discounts, the handset is expected to retail for around €325.
