According to an article in the New Scientist (?), Google search data as analyzed by two academics reveals that some 20% of searches conducted by mobiles were for porn. Interestingly, only 5% of searches from PDAs were for the dirty stuff. Google surmises the higher use of mobiles for porn searches is related to the overall privacy of the mobile device--most are only used by one person, and as yet mobile usage data isn't as transparent to employers or family as, say, your URL history on a PC or network logslinks in the office.
