While the slim candy bar-style handset may not be the first form factor that comes to mind for business use, but apparently that isn't slowing Verizon down any. The company is set to launch an all-new candy bar from LG next month aimed at business users known as the Glance VX7100.

The hand set will make use of several unique physical features such as a woven metal back plate echoing a faux-gold finish designed to compliment suits and briefcases alike. Additionally the Glance offers a bright 2-inch QVGA display, 1xRTT data access, and 1.3 megapixel camera with video recorder, Bluetooth, and speakerphone capabilities.

Pricing options for the June 5th release will include $219.99 on a month-to-month basis, $169.99 on Verizon Prepaid with a 1-year agreement, or $99.99 after a 2-year commitment before an additional $50 mail-in rebate.
