LEGO Mindstorms to Feature Bluetooth Control
It slipped by quietly on May 1, but LEGO announced that its upcoming release of software for its Mindstorms DIY robot gear will be open to anyone with the skillz to hack - i.e. it will be open source and all comers may develop applications for it. Best news is that the new Mindstorm NXT will potentially be controllable by Bluetooth, meaning youngsters can use their mobile phone to manage robot dominationlinks. I better lock up my handset now.

Cheers to mobilementalism for the heads up.
