HTC Aria Comes to AT&T Alongside Apple iPhone4
Filed in archive Announcements on June 14, 2010

AT&T users have reason to celebrate as the company has announced plans to sell its latest Android-based device, the HTC Aria, on June 20 for $130 with a two-year contract.
The wireless carrier says the Aria will feature a 600-megahertz Qualcomm processor and will run Google's latest Android software for a smooth and fast user experience.
Also noteworthy is that the phone will integrate HTC's "Sense" user interface, which organizes information by contact, so text messages, emails and calls, in addition to status updates from Facebook and Twitter are grouped by person (rather than by service).
Additional features include a large 3.2-inch touch screen display, a built-in 5.0-megapixel auto-focus camera and Wi-Fi and HSDPA for high-speed Internet access.
The Aria will be released next week, just days before Apple launches the highly-anticipated iPhone 4. HTC is hoping the attractive pricing will lure smart phone users toward the Aria and away from the iPhone.
