The overall winner this year is GestureTek, the leading company in computer vision and gesture-recognition technologies for information, presentation and entertainment systems.

Since the judges view user experience as the utmost priority, GestureTek earned the much-coveted award because of its "truly innovative interface that will help exponentially improve the consumer experience on mobile handsets for menu navigation, content selection, gaming, and other uses in the future."

Other winners include Inside Contactless, Flexenclosure, Tagattitude and Audience.
