Goosync: Synchronize Google Calendar and Contacts with Your Mobile Phone

If you find it important to synchronize your Google Calendar and Gmail contacts with your mobile phone, you might want to try Googsync. It enables you sync your Google data with different compatible mobile phone models from Alcatel to Windows Mobile. However, I did not see iPhone in their list of supported devices.

Goosync: Synchronize Google Calendar and Contacts with Your Mobile Phone

Key features include:

  • Full on-line goosync Contact manager from within your GooSync account; Bring your contacts together in a single easy to manage place.
  • Bi-directional synchronization between your device and GooSync Contacts; Ensure your contact lists are consistent and maintained.
  • Backup and Restore; Keep your device contacts backed up and safe in GooSync.
  • Import/Export between GooSync Contacts and Google Contacts (or indeed any other contacts database, such as Outlook.)

Let me warn you though, this service is not totally free. Just be ready with $40 per year or about $3 per month to avail its premium services.

Now that GooSync is not for free any more there is a new player on the Internet, try out synchronization service: http://syncme.lorenc.se/

Its probably the only free way to synchronize your phone with Google Calendar over SyncML.
