We are in the middle of Interface month at Mobile Weblog. Meaning I am ranting about interfaces with the hopes that it might stir a revolt against the current interfaces of the major mobile OSs and bring us some relief from the Windows-inspired tedium.
Small Surfaces, another excellent mobile design blog, points us to design firm ProtoHaus and some great concepts they are working with for mobile UIs. Some work off of somewhat familiar concepts of wheels (think Picasa timeline) and boxes. Give them all a look.
