Firmware updates for you phone
Filed in archive Mobile Technologies by James Koopmann on June 17, 2008
How often do you update the firmware on your phone? If you're like me you never even think about it. Except, maybe when you come across a post or article such as this.

You should know that many of the firmware updates are now done in the background without you even knowing it. Red Bend Software's vCurrent Mobile client software for Firmware Over-the-Air (FOTA) has been adopted by many manufacturers of mobile phones and was awarded Product of the Year for 2007.
