Cellfish Add-to-Phone Simplifies Web to Phone Downloading
Filed in archive Information About , Information About , Mobile Internet , Mobile Technologies by leo on November 29, 2007
Mobile content provider Cellfish has added another interesting feature, Add-to-Phone. It basically gives publishers and bloggers the power to download or stream Web contents like music, videos, photos, and news feeds directly to mobile phones without spending a single cent.

All you need is a WAP-enabled mobile phone like the Sony Ericsson Aino. No mobile apps needed and it works on 100 countries worldwide.

Just click the Add to Phone button, enter your number, and you will receive a text message with a link to the content. Much to my delight, Cellfish automatically formats the content based on the user's handset.

If you're interested, just visit http://www.addtophone.com/tools/ and integrate this service either as a widget or an API.

Feel free to watch this video to fully understand the benefits of this free service. Although, I hope Cellfish could come up with better videos to supplement this cool service.
