Popular search engine Ask.com has integrated voice technology with its new mobile feature called Click to Speak. Instead of conventional way of typing the address on your mobile phone, this new option allows you to use voice to enter the direction. Now, you can avoid mistyping and typing lengthy addresses while on the go.
To use this service, you will need a GPRS connection and mobile device with Web capabilities, such as the Samsung Omnia. Just visit the Ask.com's mobile site http://m.ask.com on your mobile phone and click on the "Directions" link to get the directions. Click the "SPEAK your address" option as shown on the image above to start the call.
After stating the address, you will receive a text message containing the link to your directions. Unfortunately, I cannot embed the short instructional video but you can watch it here.
