A New Texting Record
I've said in the past I really don't think the potential of SMS, and the latest figures from the Mobile Data Association show that the British Love Affairlinks with mobile messaging is getting stronger, with an average of 113,000,000 messages sent every day in July, or almost 3.5 billion messages in one month. That's up 30% from July 2005.

The rise has caused the MDA to revise it's prediction for total messages sent this year to 40 billion, from the original forecast of 36.5 billion.
