This is yet another sign that the OFFDECK side of the mobile content industry is starting to explode, including premium SMS services and other short code based services -- sms marketing, text-to-win, text-to-screen, etc. Companies like Soapbox Mobile (www.soapboxmobile.com) and GoLive! Mobile (www.golivemobile.com) seem to be emerging as the 'gatekeepers' of this blossoming offdeck content model, as these companies are tying together the network aggregation, campaign management, and carrier relations pieces which the mobile marketing firms and brands are in desperate need of.
