The exclusive three-month deal will see 3's SeeMeTV, a mobile TV channel which shows and pays for customer-created content, join forces with MSN Spaces, MSN's online blogging service.The person who uploads the most Popular clip each week will win £100 with the person whose clip is most popular overall during the three month period will win £1,000.
Users will be able to submit short videos taken on their video mobiles or digital cameras to an email address. The 10 best videoclips will be posted daily on the 3 MSN Space where other users can vote for favourite clips and post blogs.
